The PHASE I goal of the Zone Strategy:

To reconnect with the forgotten individual in Atlanta. To make a personal commitment to each person, and deliver basic needs to each, as part of a reliable and consistent routine. To attract, support and encourage individuals in need. To provide tailored resources, on a neighborhood level, to alleviate the burden of the under-served on community assets, services and citizens.
