Our clients and law enforcement are often locked in a complex system of conflict. Although the individuals in need often end up arrested, or worse, shuttled out of their familiar neighborhood, law enforcement officers are often incredibly sympathetic to their plight.

The problem is that our overburdened law enforcement has few options in truly helping the disenfranchised. The number of shelters are dwindling, in some communities, they are non-existent. Where can an officer turn, when he or she has many other obligations, to appropriately manage the case of an individual in need? Now they can call C2A.
